Guidelines for Teams, Parents, and Fans

We are excited to host the tournament and expanding to 24 teams.
Please help us keep both sites looking like new by following these simple guidelines.

(1) PARKING
PARKING   at Freedom HS.                                                                       Please park according to the courts/gym that you are assigned to start play in.
Courts 1 and 2 Main gym – park in the front lot.
Courts 3 and 4 Aux. gym -  park in the upper large lot next to the tennis courts.

PARKING at East Hills Middle School.    Follow the road to the left between the Middle school and the bus station to the side of the school and park in the lot. The middle school gym is just inside the doors.   											    
There is no parking in the smaller lots surrounding the building. Your vehicle will be towed without warning.

2) CONCESSIONS.                                                                                   ABSOLUTLEY NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR COOLERS ARE ALLOWED IN EITHER BUILDING.                             We host this tournament for the competitive spirit but it is also our only fundraiser of the year so please patronize our concession stand.                          
MENU - Walking Tacos, hot dogs, Italian and Turkey hoagies, pizza, pasta salad, bagels, doughnuts, breakfast bars other assorted treats/candy will be available.  Water, gatorade/powerade and coffee.

3) Tailgating is not allowed on BASD property.. 

4) Players working a match are NOT allowed to eat or drink at the scorer’s table. Players working a match are NOT allowed to have any type of electronic devices including cell phones at the scorer’s table.

5) SEATING IN THE GYMS  
Courts 1 /2  Freedom Main gym – unlimited bleacher seating. (no chairs allowed)                   Courts 3/ 4  Freedom Aux. gym -  Minimal bleachers. Chairs encouraged.
Court  5     East Hills Main gym - unlimited bleacher seating. (no chairs allowed) 
Court  6     East Hills Aux. gym  - STANDING ROOM ONLY due to limited          					          spectator space. 
                                                    
6) Please practice good sportsmanship. It is the start of the season for all of us including the officials.

There is NO lunch break between rounds. 
We will reseed and start play asap.
