Guidelines for Teams, Parents, and Fans

Please read or distribute to all attendees.

We are excited to host the tournament for our second year.
Please help us keep both sites looking like new by following these simple guidelines.

PARKING 
There is a large lot off of East Fairview Street.  Go past the front of Liberty HS on Linden St. and make the first right and then another right into the parking lot. There is also parking along the surrounding streets. 
                                                                     
1) CONCESSIONS.                                                                                   ABSOLUTLEY NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR COOLERS ARE ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING.                                We host this tournament for the competitive spirit but it is also our only fundraiser of the year so please patronize our concession stand..

2) Tailgating and/or Set ups in the parking lot is not allowed on BASD property. You will be asked to pack up by security. 

3) Players working a match are NOT allowed to eat or drink at the scorer’s table. Players working a match are NOT allowed to have any type of electronic devices including cell phones at the scorer’s table.

4) SEATING IN THE GYMS  
Plenty of seating in the main gym.
Parents/fans are encouraged to bring chairs for the Auxiliary gym. Plenty of room.
 
5) Please practice good sportsmanship. It is the start of the season for all of us including the officials.

There is NO lunch break between rounds. 
We will reseed and start play asap.
